Can I visit longer when I come to shop?

While our farm store is on our farm, we are a working farm - so we ask that you do not wander around. If you'd like to schedule a farm tour, we'd be more than happy to do that. Please reach out at sammi@collinsfarmandcreamery.com
What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week; 365 days a year; 7 am - 7:30 pm. Yes, this includes Christmas, Easter, and all days in between!
What products are available at your farm store?

We offer: Whole, Creamline milk, Chocolate Milk, Cheese Curds, and Beef direct from our herd! We partner with the best small businesses, farmers, and producers in the area to offer other products such as pork, fresh eggs, sauces, hard cheeses, cream cheese, honey, maple syrup, fresh baked sourdough breads, and more. Many items are brought in on a rotating basis, so if something catches your eye; just know that it may be gone by your next visit!
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, or Venmo. Please note - we do not offer change, so bring some dollar bills and some quarters so you can make change! The cash box is above the countertop, and has a slot in the top. Slide what you owe right in there!
Where are you located?

Our address is 8744 Thomas Road, Rome NY 13440. You can try typing in “Collins Farm and Creamery” into your GPS, as this sometimes is more accurate. Look for the open flag on the gray building to the left of the house. There is a large parking lot with plenty of room. Sometimes our farmdog Dixie comes out to visit! What does self-serve mean?

This means you can trust us to bring you quality products from our farm and other local farmers, and we trust you to pay for what you buy. There is a notebook on the counter; please write down what you are purchasing. If you need assistance, please text 315-723-2735; or send a message through social media @collinsfarmandcreamery. Please note; the farm store is under surveillance, and we do prosecute those that are dishonest.
